Unfortunately he has not been able to respond The pools are reported to be in very poor condition again and apparently there is a leak of around 900 litres a day from a crack in the wall. Instead of arranging to have Knight Frank organise the pool care service and wall repairs properly, your boss wrongfully denies them access and bungles the job even though the owners (leaseholders) are contracted to them and continue to pay them, as is our legal right as owners (leaseholders) and consumers.
