Responsible on screening, interviewing and collaborating with concerned parties.
Prepare work contracts and other related documents for recruitment process.
Handling for monthly payroll/benefit payment including submit for related tax
Handling for Security Fund and Provident Fund
Survey, report, provide advises and define wage structure, welfare and yearly bonus.
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
Ensure that employees are satisfied with the benefits and allowances provided in
order to strengthen the relationship with employees in the long run.
Establish, inspect and maintain the company rules and regulations to be aligned with
the law as well as providing inquiry assistance regarding the labor law and / or
corporate policy
Ensure that safety is always respected and investigate for any unpleasant incident
happened in the company.
Responsible on other relevant tasks as assigned.
