Kitchen dirty and speakers on the shelf of the kitchen for the staff music
Set up near the hot dishes was messy…I set it up properly…need the staff to follow
Plates were still wet and greasy from fat..not properly cleaned
Feijoada was done with beef only…they said Auri told them not to use anything else…I told them too use sausages, chicken…pork ribs, etc…to give some consistency
To take out the parmesan cheese as it's dry and look old…it will be just fine without the cheese. No sausages available…
To set up (at the back) the menu stand with a candle (battery) and some spices, like…cinnamon…beans…onions, etc,…the whole place looks dark and not inviting
The stand advertising rodizo was too much inside…needs to move a bit in order for guests to see the board….I know…Auri told the police said can't have it on the street…but where it is now is not noticeable…
Music was jumping as they are using the phone connected to the horrific internet line…I will bring a brazilian cd this evening…
The staff must wait till the guests eat their salad before passing the meats around…last night we just started and after 30 seconds the meats arrived…the sign was on red…but still…who cares…
I took out the green couch cases as they were oily and filthy dirty…we need to improve the cleanliness…overall…
With 8 staff on the payroll I do expect cleanliness NO excuses…
