Responsibilities :
Control service operation
Standard operation control assignment to Service Staff
Control the staff follow roster
Make sure staffs take the break at correct time
Report any issue to Manager regarding staffing
Ensure staff grooming as per SOP
Assign daily duty to Service staff
Supervise daily cleaning
Report all broken equipment to Manager
Report all procurement need to Manager
Ensure that level of music and lighting are dimmed properly at night time following SOP
Control equipment spoilage is have written document done for manager to sign
Weekly update stock-cards for Wine Connection merchandise
Ensure table turnover consistency and guest satisfaction
Make sure of service standard consistency
Ensure the SOPs for customer service are applied accurately
Ensure to handle all complain with manner and smoother issue and report to Manager
Qualification:
Male / Female, age 22-35 years old
Must be flexible on working hours and overtime
Must be flexible on working places (can be relocated as requested)
Good command of English
Can operate MS Office program
