1.bring the measured water to a simmer in saucepan pour in the polenta and beat well with a wooden spoon until it is thick and smooth reduce the heat and continue stirring for about 5 minutes (or according to the packet instructions) to cook the polenta
2. remove the pan from the heat and add the butter parmesan chives parsley and chervil and stir until well combined season with salt and pepper then turn into a greased 25 cm(10 inch) cake tin at least2.5 cm(1 inch) deep smooth the top with the back of a spoon and allow to set for about 5-10 minutes
3. combine all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste set asids
4. carefully remove the the set polenta from the cake tin transfer it to a chopping board and cut in into 8 wedges
5.place the polenta wedges in barbecue tray and the place this on a barbecue grill cook over medium coals for 2-3 minutes on each side until heated through and golden serve 2 wedges per person with a spoonful of the salsa on the side
