Job Description:
• To provide station operations with organizational and administrative support, act as a direct customer interface; to handle shipments; advise on features of service, respond to customer inquiries and support them with the resolution of their issues; to comply with all operational, security and safety policies, procedures and processes with the objective to meet service commitments and maximize customer service.
Requirements:
• Secondary education/ Diploma/Degree or above
• Two (2) years work experience
• Valid driver license (optional)
• Dangerous goods certificate (optional)
• PC operations and clerical skill
• Good command of written and spoken English; native Thai speaker
• Able to start immediately
• Fresh graduate will be considered
