Dear all staff, Due to Thai Express

Dear all staff,



Due to Thai Express Air company problem and it has been made a lot of payment delay and will be caused penalty fee.



Management team would like all departments to arrange as follow :



All payment voucher , and petty cash must be approved by 3 committees : Mr. Mario Chen, Mr. Yongyoth Petchsuwan, Acm Sirmyuth Boonsiriya.



In case Mr. Mario Chen has left Thailand, please appoint officially authorized person to be “ Mr. Kwan Han Chen” to approve or reject all official documents included payment voucher in the company.



To avoid problem, payment must be fully agreed by 3 committees to arrange and pay cheque in further step.



In case that any committees does not approve , please kindly note on document as “rejected” and signed the date.



Please acknowledge and strictly follow the above practices.
