A water soluble polysaccharide from Pueraria Mirifica was able to increase the T-cell expression of CD69 in response to an antigen by 17.1% when at 100mcg/mL; this outperformed the active control of SEB superantigen at 10mcg/mL but underperformed relative to Butea superba (27%).[5]
