The study in the literature considered the need for “Data banks” in HRP. As revealed in the study through Interview on the question of: whether data banks with relevant information to aid HRP decision in my organization exist? Majority of the respondents’ organization negate data bank in HRP. The implications is the lack of data HR forecast and budget, lack of information for administration of recruitment and selection, lack of information for advertisement of jobs, lack of information for training and development, lack of record of labor turnover etc are re.
