Nowadays, trend of healthy lifestyle are widely adopted by people who care about their health. There are many activities called healthy life style, for example, eating clean food, doing exercise, and meditation. These activities lead to many benefits if you are seriously followed.
Trend of eating clean food are now very famous since promoted by some celebrities. Clean food consists of three concepts: low artificial seasoning as much as possible, no fermented process and appropriate nutrition ratio. A person who eats clean would not favor with seasoning. However, some people think that eating more vegetables was considered as clean food. In addition, doing exercise is the necessary activity for everyday life because it promotes immune and keeps the body in good shape. People who are on a diet should adopt eating clean food and doing exercise for the beat result. Finally, doing meditation is also important because it’s good for mental health. The busy life style as present needs meditation to maintain mental health because body and mental are synchronized.
