Cut hard-boiled eggs in haif lengthwise , then remove polks. Reserve yolks for use in another recipe.
Steam prawns until colour changes aside. Chop remaining prawns finely.
Mix chopped prawns with onlons, spring onion and mayonnaise. Seasort with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture inti egg whitè shells and top whit whole cooked praws. Garnish as desired and serve.
