My lunch = a salad with a mix of organic spinach and mixed organic leafy greens called "spring mix." I added organic cranberries and an organic red bell pepper to this as well as walnuts and a dressing with vinegar and fruit juices. I almost forgot the walnut oil and almond oil for omega 3 fats.
I have a large plate full of it. The plate is bigger than my hand.
and still it doesn't fill me up for long.
