HOMESTAY ARRANGEMENTS:
▪ Homestay fee is $225 per week. Breakfast and dinner provided on weekdays, 3 meals on weekends
▪ If lunch is required on weekdays, please discuss with your homestay host and pay $25 extra per week.
▪ Please pay 4 weeks homestay fees directly to your host family at the commencement of stay.
▪ Minimum stay is 4 weeks. Homestay fees not refundable if you go on holidays or move within 4 weeks.
▪ After 4 weeks you may move to alternate accommodation.
▪ You must give your host family at least one week’s notice if you wish to leave after 4 weeks.
▪ If you wish to extend your stay, you must negotiate with your host family and pay homestay fees accordingly.
▪ If you decide to leave, 1 week’s notice or 1 week’s homestay fee in lieu must be given to your host family.
▪ Your host may ask you to leave after 4 weeks if you do not observe household rules or common courtesies.
▪ Your host may ask you to move after 4 weeks if unforeseen circumstances arise in homestay.
▪ If you are away on holidays, you may need to pay 50% of the weekly homestay fee for holding your room.
