CONCLUSIONS The structural changes in the air freight forwarding industry are manifest the increasingly ways in which large, multinational forwarder and local forwarders compete. Major freight forwarding TNGs that are fuelling rising levels of market concentration in this industry. These advantages include superior information systems and the talent to customise these systems for lar customers and the ability to service major customers requirements for globally integrated supply chain solutions.
