We have configured workflow in the Remedy system, which give the ability for users to fill requests for adding new network devices.
First, they need to submit a remedy system request, which in the first stage forwards the request to the network team for checking that it stands according our standards,
Then it moves to the security team in order to allow the new device in the NAC (network access control) system after verifying it is according the security standards,
Third stage return to the network team for configuration, at the end notification will be sent to the requester.
