Policy
The Company will provide uniforms to employees according to the nature of the work.
Principle
1. The Company will decide what group of employees must wear the uniform.
2. An employee to whom the Company provides a uniform must wear the uniform when performing his/her job duties.
3. The Company will indicate the design, types, and color of the uniform, and will pay for the cost of the material and the tailoring.
4. During the first year of service, an employee who required to wear the uniform will receive the uniform as below:
Full – Time Employee: Minimum of 3 sets of uniform per year
Part – Time Employee: Minimum of 2 sets of uniform per year
5. Renewal of uniform will be provided to employee based on the internal practice of each Company that the employee is working for.
6. The employee will be required to pay for uniform deposit on the first day of employment. The deposit will be returned once employees complete one year of service with the company.
