1) Are there any laws and regulation in Thailand restricted that a company (like Kyzen) could only employ a contract worker via payroll services provider company (like Adecco) up to certain duration (such as 2years)? And once the duration is due (after 2 years), the worker have to be offered for permanent employment and could not continue to be employed under contractual basis?
2) Did Arphaphorn inform Adecco regarding when she took leave? If yes, how many annual leave that she is eligible per year and how many balance leave that is available for her now? If not, how Addecco Thailand treat these unutilized annual leave starting from her contractual employment date: 1st March 2011? Are these unutilized leave be carried forward and accumulated from year to year? Or would these unutilized leave be lapsed by end of each calendar year?
