Check daily all guests list at Executive Floor and conduct daily briefing with staff concerning VIP guests, Executive Floor guests, current status and general information.
Ensure BSA and F&B hygiene are maintained.
Ensure that all Executive Floor associates have same level of job knowledge, policy, product and arrange training if necessary.
Ensure that the Executive Floor is always accessible with staffing.
Maintain appropriate standard of conducts, hygiene, uniform, appearances, cleanliness and neatness of working area.
Verify the accuracy of opening count.
