The clients complained about their stay in Ho Tram beach resort. They said their room was too small, and and that there was a lot of noise from construction work late at night. They said they got in touch with their guide, who couldn’t help them out.
Can you inquire with the hotel why they didn’t inform us about the construction?
They attached pictures about their room being too small. The clients offered to pay more for a bigger room, but the hotel refused.
Can you inquire what happened?
Unfortunately they didn’t call the hotline, and the guide apparently didn’t suggest that. Could you please let them know to tell the clients to call me in cases like that?
