first evaluation or team participation
arranged so that the learners bec

role with the team and they
could
apply the
result to improve their behavior. From the questionnaire, it was found that
common
behavior
s
that the learners
who
joined with
a
team
exhibited were
the acknowledgement or realizat
ion of unusual behavior if a team
member hides the opinion or avoids to reveal an idea (Mean = 2.40, SD = 0.63), the change and the adjustment
of
a
solution which is appropriate to the team (Mean = 2.45, SD = 0.57) and the opinion exchange and inquiry
amon
g the team members which will encourage them to understand the work better (Mean = 2.46, SD = 0.67)
respectively.
