Next week, you will receive an invitation to participate in the 2015 Kaplan Employee Engagement Survey, available Wednesday, May 27th through to Friday, June 12th. We all want to make Kaplan a place where people are inspired and enabled to deliver their best work. This survey is an opportunity for all of us across Kaplan International and Kaplan globally, to share your feedback about our working environment. So I encourage you to take this opportunity to share your perspective.
To ensure confidentiality of individual results, the invitation will come through our third-party provider, Perceptyx, who are conducting the survey on Kaplan's behalf.
Once the survey is complete, I and other leaders across Kaplan International will review the consolidated results to help clarify what is driving an engaging employee experience, and where there might be opportunities for improvement. Insights gained from prior engagement surveys have helped managers and our organisation as a whole take targeted actions to make changes.
