The Prime Time Hotel does not have a lot of professional staff to fulfill the need for guests, but staffs they try their best to give service.
• should train a staff to give the service mind to the customer (ex. When tourist come to hotel should have receptionist to say “ Good morning madam may I help you? “) something like that.
• Train staff to speak have more service mind. When the customers come to the hotel, staff will can communicate and serve the better service.
• Set up new uniform for staff in current event or festival. Such as Songkran festival they should to wear the shirt with flower screen.
