Finding:
the study reveals mild hyperlordotic curve of cervical spine. No displaced fracture or spondylolisthesis is detected . The vertebral high is intact. the vertebral marrow shows mild fatty change. there is suspected a well-defined heterogeneous SI T1&T2 lesion at clivus, about 0.9 cm.
there are diffuse disc desiccationa along cervical spine. there is mild central disc protrusion at C4/5 levels with associated bilateral uncovertebral joint hypertrophy causing mild central spinal canal stenosis and mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. the rest of cervical discs show no obvious disc bulging.
