The project name is “Tue free everyone for fun everywhere!!” which is about tutoring high school students for free. There’re lots of duties for this project such as Tutor, Photographer (also recording videos as well.), Advertiser and Video Editor.
For my project, we plan to organize and promote the costless tutoring classes which we record the content of it then we upload it later for everyone who wants to learn something from it anytime. Our strategy is divided into three main parts, First of all is reserving classrooms and setting the dates from KMITL’s library so that we have a classroom for students. Second is about tutoring and recording it while tutors are teaching. Finally we edit and upload the videos on YouTube and promote it by facebook’s page
The timeline of this project is quite flexible we have to make sure that lots of highschoolers and tutors both have the same free time which usually be the weekends of November. We are currently planning to organize the classes around 3 or 4 times this will take around one month so I expect that we can finish the classes within the 19-20 December.
How many students we can get? Will our teaching be good enough? Yes those are the challenges we have to face. But with one of my teammates currently works as a part-time teacher so he has a group of students and experience on dealing with them so I think we will do well.
I expect to have problems about the atmosphere of the classroom and the videos. From my experience it’s easy to get bored by the contents of Math and Physics so I wish to have a class that students are enjoy learning and maybe there’re lots of external noise that interfere the teacher’s noise that make the videos unwatchable.
Working on this project will give me tons of experience on doing something professionally such as before we want to work something out we have to plan it carefully first then the process of this project will make me face some technical difficulties and I have to solve them. I call this unexpected errors that we can’t predict it if we didn’t have it before.
