The account needs to either close on it's own or you have to go into a branch in person to close it. Since you do not have access to a branch, we will need to let it close on it's own, due to inactivity. I will keep an eye on it to make sure nothing goes in or out until that happens. Like I said, the last debit card transaction is what kept me from being able to close it right away. Now that you are back home and out of the country, it makes it very difficult for me to do that, especially because since there is some money in the account. This is the solution I have found to work best without violating any policies or costing you extra money
