Check the overall components’ by opening the inlet-outlet ports.
Control the baffles inside the kiln body.
Check the lubricant amount in the reducer.
The non-stainless steel parts of the machine should be painted with the corrosion resist paintings.
Check for any build-up of hard plaster around the bottom chute of the kiln, and remove. The outlet chute should be kept clean from build-up.
Check all thermocouples inside the kiln T1 A,B,C,D, at kiln outlet T2 and kiln Exhaust T3 and replace any broken ones.
Check load cells , calibrate if needed
Check, and clean out where necessary, air pressure, and air flow instrument tapping points and connecting pipes to transmitters (pressure switch & 3 way valve).
Check that there are no significant leaks from any part of the ductwork. Particular attention should be paid to the ducting between the Blower and burner.
