The cable’s input impedance ZHVC of Fig. 13(b) acts as load
impedance for the CM disturbance sources within the power
inverter. The disturbance voltage on the HV lines at the LISNs
connectors is measured using an EMI test receiver (peak detector,
IFBW 120 kHz) with the three HV cable terminations
presented. Fig. 14 shows the measured voltage emissions depending
on the cable’s termination impedance.
