- Monitoring day to day of customer transactions.
- Responding in a timely and friendly manner to customer inquiries.
- Managing Sales Orders and ensure invoices accuracy to delivery on time.
- Solving and handling customer issues.
- Working closely with customer service supervisor and sales team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Participate with other departments when required in customer related matters.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Handle / Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail for 1st step.
- Open the new customer, cancel and update customers account.
- Answer questions about term of sale.
- Other duties as assigned.
