LINE MUSIC THAILAND TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms and Conditions") set forth the terms and conditions of use between LINE Company (Thailand) ("LINE") and users (the "Users") of the LINE MUSIC service, including all related software, designs, copyrighted work, images, trademarks, other marks, information, data, and other services related to LINE MUSIC, provided by LINE.

1. Definitions
(1) "LINE MUSIC" means the LINE MUSIC software provided by LINE for smartphones, tablet devices, and PC.
(2) "LINE MUSIC Agreement" means the agreement made by the Users and LINE regarding the usage of LINE MUSIC
(3) "LINE Account" means an account for the "LINE App" service operated by LINE.
(4) "LINE App" means an instant message and free call service operated and provided by LINE and its affiliates through any access equipment, including PC, tablet device, and mobile.
(5) "Content" means all music, vocals, jacket cover art, radio programs, videos, or other content that can be listened to, viewed, or browsed using LINE MUSIC.

(6) "User" means registered user of LINE App who agrees to this Terms and Conditions for use of LINE Music.
(7) "Users' Private Use" means the users shall use the LINE MUSIC for entertainment with the private consumption purpose only.

2. Application of the Terms and Conditions
(1) Users must use LINE MUSIC in accordance with the provisions of this Terms and Conditions.
(2) Users who are minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using LINE MUSIC.
(3) The "Terms and Conditions of Use" for LINE App to which Users consented when opening their LINE Accounts shall apply to all matters not specified in this Terms and Conditions for LINE MUSIC (including the Exemption of Liability, Governing Law and Jurisdiction). Please confirm the "Terms and Conditions of Use" for LINE App.

3. LINE Account
(1) The LINE MUSIC authenticates a User by the User's LINE Account. Accordingly, it is necessary for Users to obtain a LINE Account before using LINE MUSIC.
(2) A User's rights to LINE MUSIC (including the rights to listen to, view, or browse Contents) and LINE MUSIC usage history (including favorites, radio channels, playlists, and timelines) will expire and be removed upon deletion of the User's LINE Account. Please keep in mind that the User's rights and usage history cannot be recovered even in instances when the User deletes his or her LINE Account by mistake.

4. Ownership of Rights
LINE MUSIC and all of the Content (including portrait rights, publicity rights, copyrights and related rights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and know-how) shall remain the property of LINE or the third parties that have licensed such rights to LINE.

5. LINE MUSIC Service Options
(1) LINE MUSIC offers the following service options: (i) "Trial Course," which allows use of a portion of the LINE MUSIC services for free up to 30 days at the discretion of LINE, (ii) "Auto Pay Course," which automatically charges Users every thirty days for unlimited use of LINE MUSIC, (iii) and "30 Day Unlimited Use Course (by second start when the Users register), " which allows Users to prepay for unlimited LINE Music service for fixed periods of time.
(2) Users who would like to use LINE MUSIC must consent to the Terms and Conditions and complete the registration procedures specified by LINE for the course of their choice. Upon the completion of the registration procedures, the LINE MUSIC Agreement between LINE and the User enters into effect.
(3) Users registering for either the Auto Pay Course or the 30 Day Unlimited Use Course must pay the respective LINE MUSIC User Fee (the "User Fee") using their selected payment method. The payment transaction itself will be in accordance with the terms and conditions, policies, and/or agreements of the company providing the payment service selected by the User for payment of the User Fee.
(4) LINE grants Users a non-exclusive license to use LINE MUSIC in accordance with the LINE MUSIC Terms and Conditions and the usage conditions posted within the LINE MUSIC. Please note that even when the terms "Buy" or "Purchase" are displayed in LINE MUSIC screens, LINE does not thereby transfer the rights to the Content (including portrait rights, publicity rights, copyrights and related rights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and know-how) to the User but grants the User only a right to use the Content.
(5) Users may use the Contents provided in LINE MUSIC within the scope of the Users' Private Use. Any use of the Contents for commercial purposes, sale, resale, or other uses outside of the scope of the Users' Private Use (including replication, revision, modification, and distribution) is not permitted.
(6) Users acknowledge and agree that there may be restrictions on writing or copying the Contents.
(7) Users acknowledge and agree that there may be instances where a portion of the Contents may be discontinued without advance notice.
(8) Users acknowledge and agree that the speed and connection status of the User's data connection may have an effect on the quality of the LINE MUSIC service.
(9) Users may not transfer nor assign, including by inheritance, their rights to use LINE MUSIC to third parties.
(10) LINE MUSIC is provided only within Thailand Territory
(11) LINE may post LINE advertisements or third-party advertisements within the LINE MUSIC.
(12) In the event that LINE deems it to be necessary, LINE may change all or part of LINE MUSIC service or discontinue LINE MUSIC.
(13) Users may use LINE MUSIC via LINE Account with one device (PC or tablet device or smartphone) at a time.


ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR THE PAID USERS
6. Auto Pay Course
(1) A User wishing to use the Auto Pay Course must purchase an Auto Pay Ticket. Upon completion of the registration procedures for payment, the first User Fee will be paid. Thereafter, Users will pay the prescribed User Fee each thirty days (720 hours) counting from the usage start second of the prior Auto Pay Ticket by an automatic deduction from the bank account specified by the User at the time of registration.
(2) The Auto Pay Course may be terminated by completion of the prescribed termination procedures. Unless the termination procedures have been completed, the LINE MUSIC Agreement will be renewed automatically every thirty days.
(3) After the button for starting use of the Auto Pay Ticket has been selected, User Fee will be incurred even if the User does not use LINE MUSIC at all.
(4) After the button for starting use of the Auto Pay Ticket has been selected, the initial use period cannot be discontinued or changed even if before start date for using LINE MUSIC.
(5) LINE does not provide any prorated reduction of User Fee by days or refunds unless required by law. In such instance, LINE will establish a repayment method of the Auto Pay Ticket and post such repayment method within the LINE MUSIC.
(6) In the event of the cancellation of the Auto Pay Course by the User within the remaining Usage Period, the cancellation will be effective in the following month.
(7) The remaining Usage Period for an Auto Pay Ticket may be transferred to a device that has been authenticated with the User's LINE Account.

7. 30 Day Unlimited Use Course
(1) Under the 30 Day Unlimited Use Course, there are a course for thirty days of use .
(2) Users wishing to use the 30 Day Unlimited Use Course must purchase 30 Day Unlimited Use Tickets (the "Unlimited Use Tickets").
(3) After completion of the purchase procedures, Users may use LINE MUSIC upon selecting the button for starting use of the Unlimited Use Ticket period and ending upon completion of the Usage Period for the applicable course (number of days of the course times twenty-four hours). However, if there is a remaining balance for an Auto Pay Ticket or other Unlimited Use Ticket at the time the User selects the button for starting use of the Unlimited Use Ticket period, the start date for the applicable course will commence upon the expiry of the Auto Pay Ticket or other Unlimited Use Ticket.
(4) After the button for starting use of the Unlimited Use Ticket has been selected, the use period cannot be discontinued or changed even if before start date for using LINE MUSIC.
(5) After the purchase of an Unlimited Use Ticket, LINE does not provide any reduction of User Fee or refunds unless required by law. In such instance, LINE will establish a repayment method and post such repayment method within the LINE MUSIC.
(6) Until the expiry of the Usage Periods for the respective Unlimited Use Tickets, the LINE MUSIC Agreement will remain in effect.
(7) The remaining Usage Period for an Unlimited Use Ticket may be transferred to a device that has been authenticated with the User's LINE Account.


8. Termination
(1) If the user fails, or LINE suspects that user has failed, to comply with Terms and Conditions, or does not make the payment to LINE MUSIC, LINE, at its sole discretion, without notice to user may (i) terminate this LINE MUSIC Agreement and/or the LINE Account, the user will remain liable for all amounts due under the user's LINE Account up to and including the date of termination; and/or (ii) preclude access to the LINE MUSIC service (any part thereof).
(2) LINE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the LINE MUSIC Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to the users, and LINE will not be liable to the users or to any third party should it exercise such rights.

9. Handling of Matters After the Termination of the LINE MUSIC Agreement
(1) Upon the termination of the LINE MUSIC Agreement by the expiry of a Usage Period or cancellation of the LINE MUSIC Agreement, the User's rights to LINE MUSIC are terminated and the User will no longer be able to view or listen to any Content. In additio
