Our chamber of commerce is asking the customer the followings.
The EPA has been formulated as per guidelines and is the same format which we are following for all EPA applications.
1) Is the Custom department declining the EPA or their chamber of commerce?
If possible, please inform us the name of the person who the customer is contacting with.
2) We have cases where the EPA has been accepted after revising the invoice, though it has been submitted to customs initially. Why the invoice can not be revised?
3) It should not be a problem based on the agreement between Thailand and Japan.
4) The duties can be directly claimed in this case from Japanese ministry of economy, industry and trade. Please inform your customer to explore.
