please email over to service@claypaky.it, look for Giorgio or Gianluca, tell them what u need for spare parts, they will help to identify the actual code. We don’t have also clay paky spare parts list - updated ones but they will tell u which code.
once confirmed, ask them to issue PI to Acoustic & Lighting System Thailand, Laura will then do it then pass this over to procurement team to proceed. By doing this, is more straight forward and no error since nobody knows what spare parts code except Clay Paky.
we do this in singapore / indonesia it works perfectly.

please cc to alan@acousticnlighting.com for beginning so he can also assist until u guys are familiar, then it would find. Lamp bulb u may ask Singapore team as we have record, Clay Paky service team doesn’t handles lamp bulbs as bulbs are not spare parts.
by the way, why alpha profile ST800?…..under phuket?
