RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
We are seeking a talented person to join our Trade Marketing and Fleet team as a Fleet and Safety Assistant. You will be working under the guidance of the Supervisor Trade Marketing and Fleet, providing and managing necessary vehicles used in company including selection of the proper type of vehicles to meet the requirements with a focus on safety to employees.
Specifically you will:
Coordinate with the car rental vendors and manage all necessary day-to-day operations
Manage the company fleet to be in good working condition by working closely with the company drivers and suppliers
Monitor the numbers of issued vehicles and provide a report on a monthly basis
Support the safety awareness program in the organization and implement the defensive driving training to employees entitled to the company vehicle
Qualifications:
A University Degree in any field
At least 2 years of experience in administrative work
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good negotiation skills will be beneficial
Preferable vehicle technical know-how
Good command of English (writing & speaking)
