HR Function
- Handle whole the human resources tasks with improvement; Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance appraisal to achieve department target and time frame.
- Performs recruitment process; Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, job offering, orienting and training and do employment contract for qualified candidates.
- Review and implement company regulation comply with Cambodia Labor Law.
- Establish and implement HR procedure.
- Provide counseling services for all employees concerning company’s rules & Regulations.
- Provision of report to management as per assigned.
- Handle procurement and negotiation with external suppliers for any purchasing items.
- Handle other HR and administration task related to job assignment.
Admin Function
- Manage, oversee and set strategy for administrative services, including office and clerical support, security, house keeper maintenance, company car and other administrative areas.
- Local procurement (construction material, electric equipment, furniture, contractors...).
- Work on Admin tasks as assigned.
- Manage, oversee subordinates 2 persons
