- Visiting and making a closed relation to Area Manager&AO to achieve respective sale target.
- Motivating BM&LRM to achieve sale target i.e. launch campaign, sell activities.
2.Training Management
- Train nonlife products and sale technique to LH&SCB branches,MS,SSME&HP staff.
- Training technique to cross selling NL combo products with lending customer to SCB-Brn lending staff.
3.Communication skills
- Directly report the movement of sale performance&Filed problems to RM&Head.
- Update all information to Branch manager&Area manager i.e. promotions/campaigns or new launching products.
4.Support Skills
- Inform movement of sale number to Area manager
- Focus on pending cases/monitoring SLA to getting improve
- After sale service is must serve to LH/SCB staff, i.e. Claim,Collection,Renew and POS process
