Pale yellow amorphous solid that was crystallized from
partially purified hexane extract resulted in only 0.01%
yield. Thus it was tested only for antifungal activity
against three pathogenic fungi by agar diffusion method.
Its concentration for final test was 27,756 μg/mL.
Because of its solubility problem, yellow amorphous solid
was dissolved in hexane which was immiscible with
water in media so the clear zone obtained was not round
and could not be measured.
