In regards to Scrap LOT#35, a sales rep. from material agent has pointed out the following detail on the Excel file you originally sent by mail of August 28.
1. On “material staus”, you put 20,021kg as “Material Weight” of IT-20140514M φ11.0 X 3,000mm, but, according to the original invoice, it was suppposed to be 20,019kg.
→ But, I would say, this kind of mistake could be corrected by myself before I submit paperworks to the agent. So, from next time, please YOU make sure the number you enter should be right, too.
2. Also, for IT-20140514M φ 11.0 X 3,000mm, you say “NO FINISH” on Remark. Can you explain what this mean ? (Do you still have some “leftover” stock of this material ?)
3. As I had asked you on previous mail, in BAG #49, you’re trying to send Brass Chip of A44P while you have 219kg in stock. As per the sales rep. saying, you have never sent brass chips of bars partially:
This may be the very first time to receive material while the same material are left unprocessed in your factory. (As you know, you have been sending material once you finish them ALL.)
→ Most probably, I need to ask you to hold BAG #49 till future shipment.
I ‘d appreciate your prompt reply to 2 and 3 by return. Thank you.
