i'm writing this email to response to you regarding your request to refund the paid fees,
based on the school's financial policy, all fees paid in advance are non refundable and non transferable to acknowledge the parents about this,we have put this statement on every school fee invoices sent .so that the parents will know before they settle any payments to school.however,the school has made an exception for the registration fee, library book deposit and school deposit, as the parents can receive the amount back accordingly to the conditions shown in the school fee structure,page number 2 section 4 and 5 please kindly find the attached file for your reference.
with the said conditions,parents who settled termly payment can avail the benefit of the paid registration fee as to offset with the child's last term fee only. which the parents need to submit the withdrawal form before the payment due date of the last term fee. otherwise this fee will be considered as non-refundable for your case,the school's board of management understood that some areas in school and environment have chaged and this may not meet your expectations as specified in your letter, which we3 respect on this Regarding English teacher, from the investigation.our teacher would like to raise up to the parents firstly the when she seen the problem rather than hiding it and parents found out later.in this way.the school believe that both parents and school can work together to help the child
with above,the school's board of managerment agreed to return the amount below to you.which you can receive the cheque of this amount at the school office from 10 october 2016 onward.
