Out of interest, how has the floor performed since I moved the front table on my visit in April? (Customer flow was raised as an issue and I felt that changing the direction of front to horizontal rather than vertical would help?)
· Standards look good but again, light to dark rule not being followed consistently.
· Carvela - product grouping does not make sense; from what I can see you have a clear Occasion table but then the other table and wall bay do not tell a story or have a theme (Eg on the second table there are pointed courts, sandals and then some heavy patent casual product). My advice would be to try and have the wall bay to party and colour and then the heavier, casual product on the table. If the store are struggling with how to do this then please send me a list of the styles they have and I can plot this out for them.
· Mens – as above with Groove the colour is too concentrated and needs to be spread out a little as the eye is only drawn to the bottom shelves where the colour is.
