Part Four
"Why isn't Kakkarot coming down?" Bardock thought out loud.
"Maybe he's just getting ready for our next date..." Yamucha said.
Tora run down stairs, "Kakkarot's gone!" he shouted.
"What?!" Bardock yelled, "Where is he!?"
"I don't know! I checked his room and he wasn't there!"
Kakkarot walked around, feeling free. He didn't need anyone else with him anymore... But he needed someone to talk to, someone who could help him. He only had a couple of friends, Krillin and Trunks. He went to Trunks' house, because they seemed closer. They both had more in common, they were both different to most Saiya-jin's...
He knocked on the door and Trunks answered it, "Hey, man. What's up?" Trunks asked.
"Uh... Is it OK if I come in? I wanna talk.. I kinda need help." Kakkarot said nervously.
"Sure thing. I'm your best friend. I'll do whatever I can to help. Come in." Trunks said letting him in.
Today, it was time for Broly to be killed. They sent the strongest Saiya-jin's to destroy Broly.
"No! Please! Kill me instead! Don't kill my son! I'll do anything!" Paragus pleaded the King.
"I'm sorry, Paragus. But he must die. He is too dangerous to be alive." King Vegeta said, then ordered his men to attack Broly.
Broly was chained up so he couldn't hurt the Saiya-jin guards, but that didn't stop him. He sat there for hours, saving his strength for this moment.
He yelled and broke all the chains on him. The men flinched, surprised Broly actually broke them. "Attack! Now! Before he transforms again!" King Vegeta commanded.
"No! Please! Don't!" Paragus jumped in front of the men, blocking them.
"Move outta the way, Paragus." One of the Saiya-jin men said, "Or we'll kill you."
"I'm begging all of you! Don't hurt my son! Just please give him another chance! I can change him!" Paragus panicked.
"No!" A Saiya-jin guard blasted a hole in Paragus' chest. Blood went everywhere, Paragus fell to the ground and died.
Broly was shocked. Then he went nuts. He started screaming and he transformed into the Legendary Super Saiya-jin. His eyes went pitch white and his hair turned green, he was giant.
"Oh no!" King Vegeta shouted, "Men! Hurry! Attack!"
The guards blasted energy attacks at him, but it was useless. It was too late. Broly was unstoppable now. And now that his father has just died in front of him, he wasn't going to stop killing anytime soon.
Broly stood there, the blasts doing nothing to his body. The guards started running away, but Broly formed a green energy attack in his hand and threw it at them, blowing up half of the palace, and killing lots of Saiya-jin's.
King Vegeta fled quickly, he knew he didn't stand a chance against him, no one did. They all had to wait until he calmed down before taking him on.
Broly was going crazy, blowing things up and screaming like a madman. He couldn't control himself, he was killing so many Saiya-jin's at the palace.
"Are you serious? Wow, man.... That must suck. Yamucha?" Trunks said.
Kakkarot nodded, "And I was wondering if you would maybe help me out. I don't know what to do..."
"Hmm." Trunks thought for a moment, then smiled, "I know where you can stay for the meantime. You can't stay here I'm afraid because my dad's wouldn't be happy with that... But I know a place where you can hide if you want."
"Really?" Kakkarot asked.
Trunks nodded, "Yeah, I'll show you?"
"OK." Kakkarot said getting up.
They both flew into a forest, where there were lots of trees, rivers and more. "I used to stay here when I was a kid. Whenever I needed to be alone." Trunks said. Then he pointed at a small house.
"A house? You built this?" Kakkarot asked, opened the door.
"Well no. I just found it here, weird, huh? I don't know who owns it... I never have known... But I used to come here. Its a nice house." Trunks said walking in with Kakkarot.
Kakkarot walked around, "I can stay here for as long as I want?" He asked.
"Uh, maybe that isn't the best idea. I just recommend you stay here for a little then come back home again. I'm sorry but there isn't anything I can do about the Yamucha thing. But maybe you running away will make them realize you don't want Yamucha, OK?" Trunks said.
"OK." Kakkarot said, still exploring the house.
"Well, I really gotta get home now.... I don't think I'll be back here, sorry I can't keep you company, but my parents wouldn't be happy if I just left the house like this. See ya later." Trunks said walking out.
"Bye." Kakkarot watched him leave, "And thanks so much."
"No problem." Trunks said, then he was gone.
Kakkarot sat on a chair, getting lonely already. Maybe he should explore more of this jungle? Because he was getting bored of just staying in this tiny house..
Broly was starting to calm down, and he left the palace. He flew away from all Saiya-jin's, needing time alone. His hair went back to its black color and so did his eyes. His body went back to its normal size, he hid away from Saiya-jin's so they wouldn't try capture and attack him again
Kakkarot climbed up a tree and sat on it, staring at nothing in particular.
The weather was nice today, not too cold and not too hot. There wasn't a cloud in the sky. He looked up and saw the two suns glaring down at him. He looked back down when he heard a noise.
Nothing was there....
He closed his eyes and sighed. There was a slight breeze, the wind made his blonde bangs move about. He leaned his back against the tree and stayed relaxed, loving the silence.
He imagined what it would be like if he had a mate. Somebody taller than him... Kakkarot wanted to be the submissive one in the relationship, because he wasn't so great at being dominate. He would have anyone, really...Just as long as that person loved him back...
Kakarot wasn't that interested in having a mate anyway, what would it do for him? If his mate were to die, then he would either die too or live forever in misery. Kakarot didn't want that.
Another noise was heard. Kakarot opened one of his green eyes. He looked down at the river below him and saw a very tall Saiya-jin sitting at the edge of it. His hair was long, spikey and black. This Saiya-jin had darker skin than him, it was kind of tanned. Kakkarot couldn't see his face because he was behind him in the tree.
Kakkarot was curious about this Saiya-jin. He opened another eye. He wanted to get a closer look at him. Very carefully and silently, he crawled further onto the branch. The other Saiya-jin didn't hear or see him. The Saiya-jin just stared into the water, looking at his reflection, then he dipped his hands in the water and washed his face with it.
Kakkarot watched him, tilting his head in fascination. He liked this Saiya-jin already, and he hasn't even spoken to him yet. He wanted to know his name. He decided to jump off the tree and land behind the taller Saiya-jin.
