VISA Letter Request Application
Persons who have registered for a Sigma Theta Tau International event may apply to receive a Visa letter to confirm their registration.
Confirmation letters will include the event title, dates, location, payment confirmation of registration fees, and if applicable, if you are a presenter at the event. Requests must be made 30 days prior to the start of the event.
If you are denied a visa, please inform us at events@stti.org and you will be sent a full refund. Requests for registration refunds must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Attendees are advised to apply for a visa as early as possible.
