Southern region: They have to strongly hot chilli more than other region. Also they had got influence from Indonesian and Malay; they always use spices such as turmeric or “Kha min” so southern foods always has yellow fish curry, soups and grilled fish because there are coconuts on land and fish in the sea. Therefore, I’ll choose recommend special menu of Southern are “Gaeng Tai Pla” made with fish stomach and serve as “Naam Phrik” – a bowl of dipping sauce for raw and boiled vegetables. It’s tastes good; also strong spices, salty and little sweet. The smell of spices had a taste so powerful strong.
