On the other hand, results of the SNuPE
assay provided the possibility to assign these clusters phylogenetically.
Accordingly, it can be assumed that cluster B was probably
affiliated to an unclassified Rhodocyclaceae bacterium, while cluster
C was most probably affiliated with a yet uncultured member of
the genus Rhodoferax (Comamonadaceae). Nevertheless, these presumptions
should be taken with care, since cluster A, which clearly
affiliated with the genus Pseudomonas, did not show significant correlation
with any member of the bacterial community.
