According to determination of total soluble sugar content and Brix in 9 different varieties of stalk juice of sweet sorghum, the relationship between total soluble sugar content and Brix of the stalk juice is expressed in the Fig. 2. The results showed that there was a linear correlation between total sugar content and Brix of the stalk juice. The relationship equation can be represented as follows:
