1997; Auldist et al., 1998; Heck et al., 2009). Those
authors explained that the change of main milk components
in different seasons is caused by different ingestible
diets. For example, pasture was a major component
of the diet fed to cows in the summer, whereas in the
winter, pasture supplemented with silage was used.
