Goal
This project apply with carte restaurant. The main purposes are food ordering automatic for time saving of workers, reducing the mistake communication between vendors and customers, and final one there are more opportunity for user to use the information technology within the time required.
Objective
• Minimize data entry error
• Provide more timely information
• Reduce the error of the calculated numbers.
• Reduce the many error of data that sent simultaneously.
Phases of Work
The following tasks and deliverables reflect the current understanding of the project:
• In Analysis, Make sure that the purpose of the carte restaurant customers want a system that helps order and the system can manage their list of ordered foods for customers to be seen.
• In Design, The system is divided into two parts: the part of administrator and the part of customer. Administrators need to be logged in to manage the backend. On the other hand, customers do not need to login, but the first one customers have reserved table. Then order food so list of foods that ordered will display on the monitor in kitchen.
• In Implement, Restaurant needs to have at least one computer for customer to order food. Moreover, need to display the list of foods that customer orders so, they also needs to have the monitor for seeing list of foods clearly.
