In this study, the key research questions are: (1) how do four dimensions of knowledge transfer capability (knowledge acquisition capability, knowledge creations capability, knowledge utilization capability, knowledge storage capability) affect the human capital advantage, organizational competitiveness, and employee creativity?, (2) how do the human capital advantage, organizational competitiveness, and employee creativity impact on performance?, (3) how do absorptive capacity, inter-organizational learning, inter-firm cooperation, organizational distances, and knowledge complexity have an influence on the four dimensions of knowledge transfer capability?, and (4) how do absorptive capacity, inter-organizational learning, inter-firm cooperation, organizational distances, and knowledge complexity have an influence on the four dimensions of knowledge transfer capability via moderating effects of openness communication?.
