10.2 After the probation period:
The Company may terminate the Employee by providing 3 (three) months’ prior notice or paying 3 (three) months’ salary in lieu thereof. The said 3 (three) months’ salary shall be based on the basic salary only as specified in the Agreement.
The Employee is required to give the Company 3 (three) months’ prior notice to terminate the Agreement.
If the Employee resigns without providing 3 (three) months’ prior notice, The Company shall be entitled to claim all damages from the Employee and any other outstanding debts which the Employee may have incurred to the Company
