As you may already know, TMITH IT department has been working regularly with Working Group Users to update and enhance TMITH Portal Site, which launched in May 2014. The announcement of the launch can be found in this link.
We would like to take this opportunity to officially announce the successful launch of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and Company Manuals on Portal Site in the recent months.
About 50 FAQs have already been published from multiple departments and sections. We expect to publish more in the next few months. From the below link, you can see that the FAQs are grouped by their related topics. This conveniently allow users to search for the relevant questions.

In addition, the Company Manuals, also known as e-Manual, has had some manuals published and keep going. Company Manual is designed to publish manuals, procedures, and policies to all employees. With a finalized template created by BPI, additional manuals will be published in the upcoming months. Similar to FAQs, they are grouped by their related topics. Please see the below link for examples.
