6. Control and supervise all operating coupon system have been properly prepared and reconciled.
7. Prepare and ensure monthly management salaries have been accurately made and comply with the Club’s policy and tax regulation.
8. Prepare and continuously update RBSC and RBSC Polo Club personal management file.
9. Prepare and control annual budget of Administrative Department has been properly spent.
10. Prepare Budget Form A for all RBSC divisions/departments for annually budgeting preparation.
