I am very surprised to read the mail you recieved from the bank concerning the cost of the reactivation before they can continue the transfer. I am crying because i did not have any money here in refugee camp, the money in the bank is my only hope, and according to the bank director we need to act quickly because if there is any delay from us the central bank will seize the funds because the funds have over stayed the maximum deposit, and if the united Nation happen to know about the funds they will freeze the account as they freezz others. So as you can see the fund is much at risk.

Please I want you to know that the ball is now in your court because we have concluded a very easy way with the bank and The Bank Director has agreed to release the funds with immediate effect once they reactivation is done. I have declared to the bank that you are my husband and that they should release the funds to you with immediate effect and the bank have promise me that they will transfer the fund to you once you send the reactivation fee.

I dont mean to stress you with the issue of money but hence this is the situation at hand, I have no one to assist me pay the $700 to enable the bank release the funds to you. My fear and worry is that I don’t want the united Nation to know about the fund and if there is any delay from us they may know and confiscate the fund. Please help me out now.

I have called the bank after reading your mail, I asked the bank to deduct the expenses from the fund but the told me that hence my father is late no one have access to the fund untill the fund reach to your account as my trustee therefore they cannot deduct the fees from the account. I am in a distress situation now and I have no enough money to even buy my underwear’s. This problem has become my greatest challenge in life because I don’t want to lose what my father kept for me and I am afraid for people not to kill me here now that I have started making moves for the funds release.
